On behalf of our client, we are looking for a rental agent for a consulting assignment with a great opportunity for employment. The assignment is full-time with a flexible start within the next three months.

The role is broad and varied, where you will be responsible for coordinating and driving the rental process – from termination and advertising to contract signing and move-in. You play an important role in the client's organization and contribute to a safe and professional experience for both housing seekers and tenants.

As a rental agent, you will closely collaborate with colleagues in management, finance, and communication to ensure an efficient and customer-focused rental operation.

The position is based in southern Stockholm.

In this role, you will work both administratively and communicatively with a focus on rental.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Responsible for renting out apartments, garages, and parking spaces
• Handle cases such as terminations, exchanges, assignments, and sublettings
• Ensure that contracts and documents are handled correctly in the property system
• Engage in dialogue with housing seekers and tenants via phone, email, and digital channels

• Contribute to developing routines, digital flows, and customer communication

We are looking for someone with previous experience in rental or lease administration. You thrive in a coordinating role where you can combine structure, service, and problem-solving.

You have a basic understanding of rental laws and applicable regulations, and you are accustomed to working in digital systems.

A B driver's license is required for the position.
